I don't believe it will continue unless moonlight or infantile paralsyer whatever his name is releases the source code
EDIT: I remember a while ago he made a weird message that made it sound as though there would be a Moonshell version 3 but he has long since taken it dwon

Well, given that this is all purely speculation, but Moonlight also "quit" when the beta of version 2 was released because of his problems with Sakura. That being said, maybe he's tired of it? If he has quit for good though, development won't continue unless the source code gets released to someone. That doesn't mean someone won't create a spiritual successor of sorts on their own, from scratch.

Some one will probably jump in and keep developing Moonshell. Take this as an example: If Shigeru Miyamoto stopped working on Mario or Zelda, don't you think that somebody else would come in and keep the series going?
